KYOSHO (03172R) Porsche 911R 2.0 coupe 1967 red

Special model built in a very limited edition for competitions, the Porsche 911R (Racing) had been lightened to the max providing it with doors, bonnets, front fenders and bumpers made of resin and eliminating all non-essential accessories. With the exception of the glass windscreen all the other windows were made of plexiglas and on the rear side windows there were air vents. The filler cap was positioned at the centre of the front bonnet to speed refuelling. It was equipped with a 1,991 cm³ 6-cylinder boxer engine that developed 210 hp. 20 cars + 4 prototypes were produced.
